On Saturday, Oct. 14, from 12-5 p.m., the eighth annual Delaware Wine and Beer Festival will take place at the State Fairgrounds in Harrington. The event will feature Kent County’s finest wineries, breweries, and distilleries, presented by the Kent County Tourism Corp.
