Help feed the hungry at Emmanuel Dining Room’s annual auction on Sunday, April 7, at The Waterfall (3416 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont). Emmanuel Dining Room feeds 180,000 visitors annually at its three sites in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods in Wilmington and New Castle. The April 7 event begins at 3 p.m. and the silent and live auctions will offer some of the best values around for luxury items and other goods. Admission is $125 per patron, and includes cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and a four-course dinner.
Highlight of the evening will be the Grand Raffle, when three prizewinners will walk away with $10,000, $2,000 and $1,000. For more information, visit ministryofcaring.org.
